This day retreat is for all mum’s who need to take some time for themselves

Are you busy taking care of everyone else and have no time or energy left for yourself?

Do you find it hard to make yourself a priority and need reminding that you are important too?

Do you need some help and guidance with establishing healthy lifestyle habits?

Would you benefit from learning simple strategies to maximise your wellness and wellbeing? 

Do you need to learn to be kinder and more encouraging to yourself?

Would you enjoy some mindful movement to stretch, strengthen and invigorate your body?

Would you like to have both healthy and indulgent treats prepared for you for a change?

If you have experienced any of the above and want to connect with a small group of other mums who have felt the same then come and spend an uplifting day at our Tranquil Mama Retreat. We will provide you with the space, time and experiences to nurture yourself. After a day filled with enlightening talks, emersive movement classes, guided meditations and a few little surprises you will leave feeling lighter, restored and re-energised.

Whats more, you will leave with an inspiring wellness plan to incorporate what you have learned into your everyday life.

What to Expect

Once you book onto this day retreat you will receive an email confirmation and full schedule. You will be asked to complete an online registration form to help us get to know you and ensure that we can cater to your needs.

From the moment you arrive you will be able to sit back and relax and let us take care of you.

​

You will be provided with a schedule and can choose to attend all or some of the talks, exercise classes and meditation sessions. Breaks will be scheduled so that you have time to relax and enjoy the serene location and various chillout areas.

​

Complimentary refreshments will be readily available all day and a healthy, hearty lunch will be provided to ensure that you are well fed and watered. You will also be treated to a sumptuous afternoon tea & cake to allow for a little well-deserved indulgence.

​

There will be an opportunity to win some fantastic raffle prizes and a goody bag to take home. You will also receive discounted offers for services and products.

​

After the retreat we will be in touch to see how you are getting on. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and or testimonials and priority booking for future retreats.

What to wear & bring

Dress for comfort, this is your day to relax, unwind and emerse yourself in relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We have three physical classes based on exercise, movement or dance for you to explore. So wear something that you can move freely in and feel comfortable in. Classes are all barefoot formats so bring a yoga sock or flat dance slipper if you prefer not to go barefoot.

​

Wear layers so that you can keep warm or cool and bring a jacket if you plan on exploring the beautiful gardens and tranquil labyrinth.

​

Water will be provided throughout the day but you may wish to bring a water bottle for the physical classes.

​

The talks will provide you with a wealth of wellness and wellbeing information so if you want to take notes then bring a notepad and pen.

 

Other than that just bring a willingness to make you the focus of your day. And if you want to share the experience with a loved one then book both yourself and a friend in so that you can enjoy the day and benefits together.

Your retreat is located at the stunning setting of Wisdom House in Romsey. Relax, unwind and explore this beautiful tranquil setting.

Food & Drink

You will be treated to refreshed with water, tea & coffee throughout the day accompanied by morning pastries and afternoon cake.

​

Lunch will be a healthy salad, jacket potato (with a variety of toppings) and a yummy dessert to ensure that you are well fed.

​

Your day will end with an optional glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic fizz. 

​
