Terms & Conditions

​Our Obligations​​

​

  • We will use our skills and knowledge to design an informative, supportive and safe programme/schedule that will potentially enhance your wellness and wellbeing.

  • We endeavour to adhere to the published schedule and feature the advertised speakers/instructors, however we reserve the right to make changes if required.

  • We shall provide all specialist equipment required for participation in the retreat/workshop.

  • We will initiate comprehensive information gathering and Health Screening prior to commencing workshops that include physically interactive classes or elements: all clients must complete a PAR-Q and other relevant screening forms to provide a thorough screening before taking part. All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

  • We may request a letter of 'medical clearance' from your GP depending on your health status. (Please be aware that your GP may charge you for providing this letter).

  • We cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.​

  • We aim to honour the event schedule as advertised but reserve the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary.

Clients Obligations​

​

  • You are advised to arrive on time so that you can check-in and make the most of the scheduled activities. However, admittance is permitted (for paid participants) at any time during the scheduled session/day.​

  • You understand that it is your choice to participate or not participate in any part of the schedule and to take a break, rest and seek refreshment when it best suits you.

  • You understand that the results of any wellness experience/programme cannot be guaranteed. Your benefits and progress depend upon you. In particular, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed.

  • You are advised to bring water, paper, a pen and appropriate clothing that you can exercise in. Clothes should be non-restrictive and you should be prepared to exercise barefoot or in socks where appropriate.

  • You are required to complete a registration form and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) and all other screening forms sent to you before the retreat commences.

  • We may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for providing this letter. If we require further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.

  • You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Instructors of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely with minimal risk of injury. We cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

  • You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a retreat/workshop that includes physical exercise or personal development. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in a retreat or workshop, you acknowledge that we are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by our gross negligence or an intentional act.

  • For retreats or workshops where refreshment and food are provided it is your responsibility to inform us of any special dietary requirements or preferences via your registration/PAR-Q form.

​Cancellations, Refunds & Expiry

​​

  • Once purchased, your retreat/workshops, is non-refundable regardless of client circumstances. However, your ticket can be transferred to another person if you are no longer able to attend. You will need to email us to inform us of the ticket transfer and the replacement participant will need to complete and submit an online PAR-Q Screening form at least 24hrs before the session begins. If an online form is not submitted then they will not be permitted to attend in your place, this is to ensure that appropriate screening and safety protocol is followed.

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat or workshop is cancelled you will be informed at the earliest convenience and offered a full refund.

Health & Safety

​​

  • A member of the team will hold a current certificate for emergency first aid at work approved by the Health and Safety Executive.

  • Your hosts will all hold public liability insurance cover.

  • Housekeeping and general health and safety protocol will be communicated at the beginning of the retreat/workshop​

Exclusivity of Service

​

  • Any services or content that you receive are intended exclusively for paid attendees alone. You do not have permission to reproduce the content or share it with any other persons who have not paid to receive the services or content directly themselves.​

General

​​​

  • Retreat and workshop tickets must be paid for in advance before the session commences. Slots cannot be reserved or guaranteed until payment is received.

  • We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary e.g. to offer new services or make changes as required by governing authorities or laws. We will notify you of any such changes if they occur after your booking and prior to your attendance. 

  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information and marketing preferences up to date with us. We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, pertaining to any personal or sensitive information held about you.

  • You reserve the right to unsubscribe from any Restore Me retreats Newsletters or subscriptions. In order to unsubscribe email restoremeretreats@outlook.com

  • The retreat/workshop may be filmed, recorded or photographed for marketing purposes. Your participation in a retreat/workshop means that you consent to being included in any material used in commercial distribution without payment, copyright or approval.
